Practical help for installing, publishing, and maintaining your galleries.

What to include

• Your .myshopify.com store domain.
• The affected gallery ID and storefront URL.
• What you expected, what happened, and a screenshot or recording if useful.

Do not send staff passwords or customer information. We do not need shopper data to troubleshoot gallery rendering.

Publish your first gallery

1. Create a gallery, add images and alt text, choose a layout, and save it.
2. In the Storefront block panel, select Open theme editor.
3. Place the A1 Gallery block where it should appear and enter the Gallery ID shown in the app.
4. Save the theme, then view the storefront to confirm the gallery and lightbox.

Gallery not showing

1. Confirm the A1 Gallery app block is added to the intended theme section or template.
2. Confirm the block's Gallery ID matches the ID shown in the app.
3. Save the theme editor and confirm the gallery contains at least one image.

Images or links behave unexpectedly

Adjust layout, gap, radius, and image order in the gallery editor. Images with a product or page link navigate to that URL; unlinked images open in the lightbox.

Moving from Cozy Image Gallery

Open Migration and run the Cozy scanner. It reads the live theme, recovers available images from rendered storefront pages, and creates replacement galleries without modifying theme files.
